BIO :  No Balance is an emo/punk group from Athens Greece. The whole idea was initially conceived from ex members of other well known punk rock groups of the country in the early 1997. The group has shown its many different facets throughout all these years, ranging from straight forward punk to emotional ambient instrumental music.
Until now, No Balance have performed in every venue in the city of Athens for several times as well as in a respectable number of venues in the rest of Greece, with almost every punk/indie/emo/rock group in the country. They have also performed with well known groups at Brighton in the U.K., and supported acts such as MUDHONEY, SIX BY SEVEN, CHUMBAWAMBA, ERASE ERRATA (USA / Troubleman Unlimited), LAST DAYS OF APRIL and STARMARKET.
Throughout the years, the group released a 4 song demo c.d. Wait for Summer in 1998, and a 7 on a greek independent label Cannonball Records, entitled Between Us in 2000. May 2003 was the release date of their first full length album "Lights On" on Librarian Records, a subsidiary of Olon music. In-between, they have appeared in several compilations with songs from their previous releases as well as with new and unreleased ones. 2006 finds No Balance in the studio recording some new songs for their next release. Combining the elements of groups like Dinosaur Jr., Samiam, The Afghan Whigs, The Applessed Cast, The Descendents and more, No Balance will definitely thrill you!
