BIO : Poem were formed in the beginning of 2005 by George Prokopiou (ex-singer of Corona Bor)and Kamil Kamieniecki (ex-drummer of Asotoi).After auditioning 6 guitarists George Anagnostou (ex-guitarist of The Manuals) seemed to be the best choice and in the beginning of 2006 Achilleas Tampakis joined the band as a permanent bassist.

    Since 2005 Poem have played numerous live shows in Athens playing in clubs and squares all over the city. In April 2006 they got the second place of the Nakas Pop & Rock contest festival in which participated more than 170 bands from all over Greece. After that Poem were interviewed by several magazines and promoted by e-zines and sites. In June 2006 they self released their first demo and started promoting it through the press/internet/shows.
