Private/Personal Use
All downloadable music featured on Spinalonga Records' website is provided at no charge for personal use, including but not limited to distribution of the files over the Internet or through physical media among friends.
Podsafe Music
Spinalonga Records actively promotes the use of its music on podcasts. Unfortunately, only some of the tracks on the Spinalonga Records (marked with 
) are podsafe, due to licensing restrictions.
Tracks marked with may be used freely on podcasts at no cost. The terms of use differ depending on whether the podcast is commercial or non-commercial in nature.
We define commercial podcasts as podcasts that have any of those characteristics:
1. they are created to promote a company, organisation, product, individual, event or service.
2. they are the object of a commercial transaction between corporations or individuals.
3. they charge a listening fee to the listeners.
All other podcasts are considered non-commercial.
Non-commercial podcasts may use any of the tracks marked with on the Spinalonga Records site at no charge and without permission.
Tracks marked with on the Spinalonga Records site are available to commercial podcasts at no cost. To obtain permission to use the tracks on your commercial podcasts, contact us.
Attribution
By using music from Spinalonga Records on your podcast, you are required to attribute the music by:
1. Including a link to Spinalonga Records (http://www.spinalonga.net) in your shownotes.
2. Mentioning both the name of the artist/song title whose track you have used and Spinalonga Records as the source of the music.
Non-Commercial Public Use
The tracks featured on the Spinalonga Records marked with are provided for non-commercial use at no cost. To obtain permission from the artist to use the tracks for non-commercial public broadcast, please contact us.
Commercial Public Use
In order to use any of the music commercially, your are obliged to obtain permission from the artist, if you wish to do so contact Spinalonga Records here.
